Submissions of Bible Teachings

As for doctrinal material, Bible Truth For You is not affiliated with any particular denomination, but we will only host teachings that are consistent with literal, grammatical, historical doctrines of the Bible. Every person wishing to publish audio sermons or writings would be expected to adhere to the following Articles of Belief:

   1. The absolute authority, divine authorship, verbal inspiration and preservation, of the Old and New Testaments as the Word of God, as found in the Masoretic and the Received Texts.

   2. There is only one living and true God, Jehovah; and in the Godhead there are three Persons, equal in power, eternity, omniscience, and glory and Godhood: God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Ghost.

   3. The eternal deity of Jesus Christ, his virgin birth as a physical man by the will of God while still being God in human form, his literal death and physical resurrection, his ascension in glory to Heaven.

   4. The personality of God the Holy Spirit, and the absolute necessity of His work in regeneration and sanctification of any sinner, and His infilling of the indwelt believer for power to live and witness for Christ.

   5. The substitutionary death of the Lord Jesus Christ and His bodily resurrection as the only way of salvation and reconciliation with God, through faith in Jesus Christ alone. The efficacious atonement for sin  (past, present and future) in every believer in Jesus Christ, instantly and immediately at the time of belief and receiving of God’s grace. The worthlessness of all personal goodness or any good works for gaining a right standing before God. The necessity of repentance from sin in a believer’s life. The submission by the believer to the mastery of Jesus Christ, and obedience in being submitted and following after Christ for life.

All who seek to have material published by Bible Truth For You must agree to these Articles of Belief. We reserve the right to remove any material or contributor that we feel is not in accordance with these Articles. All such decisions will be at the sole discretion of Bible Truth For You.

Bible Truth For You is not open to the publication or presentation of such distinctive Charismatic and Pentecostalist views as extra-scriptural revelations and tongues. BTFY is also not open to women pastors/preachers/elders, etc.. Contributions by women may be acceptable if the contribution is not teaching of doctrine to men or exercising authority over men (for example, testimonies, poetry, or teaching to women or children, may be acceptable).

What if I Disagree with Another Contributor?

Some preachers, teachers or pastors do not agree with some other preachers, teachers or pastors. As a result they may not be comfortable about their names appearing on the same website with certain other people because they believe that the presence of their names here may imply an approval or endorsement of such a person, compromising their own reputation (this has happened here before).

In reply we suggest that Bible Truth For You Ministries can be compared to a bookshelf which holds many books by many authors, and your name appearing in this website doesn’t have any connection, good or bad, with any other person’s name here, anymore than a variety of authors on a bookshelf implies agreement in the writings in the books. Your reputation is confined to what you say; what others say isn’t your responsibility.

Again, Bible Truth For You can be compared to an anthology book, which has a variety of contributing authors. The presence of your name in an anthology wouldn’t imply your endorsement of any other author in the book.

The presence of your name on this website doesn’t translate into an approval of another contributor, and we believe our visitors are bright enough to realize that not everyone who is hosted here is going to be in agreement about everything, and that anyone can potentially be wrong at some point of their doctrine without realizing it. God says, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).

If you can accept that BTFY is the host for a large number of fundamentalist and bible-believing men who may genuinely differ biblically over some things; and if you can accept that contributing here doesn’t imply your agreement with, or fellowship with, any other contributor; and you are willing to take part in advancing God’s Truth from the Bible; we will be pleased to consider what you have to share.

If, however, you can’t accept allowing your name to appear on this website because of the presence of another contributor, yet you would like to share your teachings with others for God’s glory, you may become a “Guest Contributor”, by which your name will not be revealed with your contributions.

If you will not allow your teaching to appear on this website under any circumstances because of the contribution of another, then we are sad that others will not be able to benefit from what you might have said.

Please note that Bible Truth For You is not an association, para-church organization, or denomination. Ecclesiastical fellowship is not necessarily implied by becoming a contributor to BTFY. Bible Truth For You is a privately-owned and operated site that seeks to promote the fundamentals of the faith, as revealed in the Bible.

We reserve the right to reject membership applications at any time at our sole discretion.
